Rumors and Charlie Brown at Great Plains Theatre Great Plains Theatre
July production of Neil Simon's comedy "Rumors," will run July
10 -19. The scene takes place at the townhouse of a deputy New York
City mayor and his wife who are celebrating their tenth wedding
anniversary. The plot centers around a missing hostess and her
servants and a deputy mayor who has shot himself in the head (it's
only a flesh wound). Comic complications arise when, given everyone's
upper class status, they decide they need to do everything possible to
conceal the evening's events from the local police, media and each
other! (Some adult language - PG13)
A great family production, You're a Good
Man Charlie Brown, is showing July 24 through August 2 at Great Plains
Theatre. Based on Charles Schulz's Charlie Brown comic strips, this
show is bright, fun, and adorable. The beloved Peanuts characters come
to life in this feel good musical that rejoices in the ups and downs of
childhood. Charlie Brown leads the audience through life's lessons with
truth and humor. We will have your tickets waiting at the inn or buy them yourself at the Great Plains Theatre website!
